Judgment from every seat at the table.
Every referral B&B makes is backed by advisors who've actually done the work — across ownership, general contracting, architecture, engineering, finance, and construction technology. That range is what keeps the network's standard honest.
The person behind the referral.
Chase Book
Chase built his career at the intersection of construction technology and sales — giving him a firsthand view of where developers, GCs, and subcontractors lose trust in each other, and what it takes to rebuild it. That perspective is the foundation B&B is run on.
He leans on a small circle of advisors he trusts completely: his father, Brad Book, Owner & Founder of Mountaineer Development and Lakeway Homes; and lifelong family friend Jose Raul, former owner and operator of one of Florida's largest general contracting firms. Both bring decades of on-the-ground judgment to every introduction B&B makes.
Alongside them sit relationships Chase has built over his own years in the industry — leaders who round out the network's perspective across association leadership, capital, and technology.
Off the clock, Chase is an avid sports fan and a committed foodie — which tends to become part of the membership experience. Spend time in the B&B network, and plan on a game or two, and a few of his favorite local restaurants along the way.
